Return & Exchange Policy

Damages and issues- Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within three days of delivery if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Refunds and Exchanges- We are not able to refund items for change of mind, appear to have been used or are not in original condition. We can exchange items for incorrect size, however the customer is liable for freight both ways.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We may request that you cover the return cost.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@jonnysprockets.com.au. If your return is accepted. Instructions on how and where to send your package will be provided. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 20% Restocking fee will apply.

Clearance Items - Please choose carefully as refunds or exchanges are not allowed on items for change of mind where the product is not faulty. Items with discounts over 30% are considered Clearance items.

For hygiene reasons there is NO refunds on helmets, hats, socks, caps, jerseys, shorts/pants, undergarments, drink bottles and eyewear unless they are faulty or not fit for purposes. Our returns policy does not affect your rights under the consumer guarantees which apply under the Australian Consumer Law.

If purchasing with AfterPay, you will be bound by AfterPay’s T&C’s.
If purchasing with Zip Pay, you will be bound by ZipPay’s T&C’s.
If leasing with Studio19, you will be bound by Studio19's T&C’s.
